Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) report self-arranged quantities in the DAM. If the self-arranged quantities do not cover 100% of the QSE’s assigned AS Obligation, then the DAM will clear the remainder at applicable Market Clearing Price for Capacity (MCPC) for each type of AS required. After the DAM, the QSE is to update AS schedules within their COP by 1430. During the Daily Reliability Unit Commitment (DRUC) process, the ERCOT systems take into account the commitment of Resources the QSE reported on their COP for AS capacity sufficiency for the next Operating Day. During the Adjustment Period, the QSE is required to update the COP for the Operating Period in which a change in status occurs for Resources that are supporting the QSE’s AS Obligations.
