While some councils permit revaluation of papers others do not.In orissa ,revaluation has been introduced in the recent past.Please check whether ur council permits it or not.In case they do not permit u can seek the help of ur high court.The HC can permit u as a special case.There r many instances of the HC permitting students for revaluation.
