Is there some kind of semi-permanent fencing for a dog (besides electric)?

I don't know if you would be allowed to do this, but there is a new way of putting in fencing that doesn't use concrete. i found it at Lowe's and Home Depot, you essentially drive a 3 foot steel spike into the ground where the posts are and attach the posts to that. It supposed to be just as good as concrete without the work of digging holes. I'm not sure if it is removable though.  more
