Is there something natural that cures a bladder infection?
Two things work for me: 1) 100% cranberry juice (dilute with water, but drink the entire jug within two days). Cranberry cocktail is loaded with sugar and does not work, drink pure cran. juice (it’s about 13 bucks a bottle). Also, lay off the sugar (sugar feeds bacteria). Cranberry supplements (the higher the concentration the better) from your local health food/ vitamin store can cure it if you get it early. They are also great for prevention. 2) My doctor told me this: Drink a glass of water with a packet of Eno, or alka-seltzer. I have no idea why, but it sometimes works. If your infection doesn’t go away in a couple of days or it gets worse – see your doctor, because if it’s stubborn, you may need antibiotics. Also, drink lots of water to flush the bacteria out. Avoid bubble baths (suds are an irritant to the urethra).
