Is this man being falsely accused, isn it “innocent until proven guilty”?

I haven’t heard much at all about this, so I can’t make a judgment either way. And that is a good idea. Unfortunately, too many people hear “man accused of beating woman” and judge him to be an evil prick right then and there. If he really beat her, he needs to go to jail. But it is not my place to say that. And if Rihanna really did attack him first, I can’t say I support his reaction if the injuries described here are true, but I can’t say I feel very sorry for her either. Let’s face it, if it was the other way around, people would be trying to explain away her assault in any way possible. I’ve seen it happen too many times to believe anything otherwise. How come nobody got this upset when news stories came out about Amy Winehouse getting drunk and beating her husband, something she thought was funny and right? People only got upset with her when she attacked another woman. Note that I’m not necessarily condoning his actions, but I want more detail before I jump to conclusions.
