Is ths church of Christ a new religious organization?
No. In fact, the church of christ has existed for nearly 2000 years. The church, which is Christ’s kingdom on the earth, had it’s beginning in the first century in the spring of A.D. 30 on the day of Pentechost, a feast of the Jews.This came about just ten days after Jesus ascended into heaven. The establishment of the church was recorded in the Bible in Acts chapter two, where we read that on the first day about 3000 received the word preached by the apostles and were baptized (Acts 2:36-41).
