Is Tim Neilson the ceremonial scapegoat?

Failure is a collective responsibility and more so in cricket, because cricket being a team game you can’t blame single person for failure. Australian cricket team, i don’t think is dictatorial regime ,where coach has the final word and the rest are to just accept whatever he says, there are usually team meetings about things such as whether to bowl or bat first and the way pitch is gonna behave .that being the case australian team as a whole is responsible for error in reading the pitch. I think tim is behaving like any leader should do ,that is not hiding and very courageously and bravely accepting his failure.but i think it is for others in the Australian team to come out in his support and admit that we all screwed up and it is a collective failure ,rather than a individuals failure.
