Is tobi from naruto shippuden related to the uchias?
Madara Uchiha founded the Uchiha clan during the early days of Konoha. He did battle with the First Hokage at the Valley of the End, where a monument of their battle now stands in tribute to the two shinobi. Jiraiya suspects that Madara summoned the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox to attack Konoha years before the start of the series, though the age Madara would have been at the time causes him to question this assumption. Nevertheless, the demon fox seems to be familiar with Madara, comparing Sasuke Uchiha’s eyes and chakra to that of Madara’s. Akatsuki member Tobi refers to himself as Madara Uchiha. Most people think that Tobi is Madara Uchiha, or Obito Uchiha from Kakashi Gaiden.
