Is Troop 139 active in the community?
Troop 139 participates in various service projects for the community and also for our sponsoring organization as part of our rank advancement program. We have made ornaments and sung Christmas Carols at the local convalescent hospital, served as color guard for AYSO Opening Day and South Pasadena City Council Meetings. Each year we march as a unit in the South Pasadena 4th of July Festival of Balloons Parade, we collect and retire worn U.S. Flags, and we perfom other acts of service in South Pasadena and neighboring communities.
