Judge will determine based upon your attorney’s defense in suppressing statements. If the prosecutor, defense, and court determines to rely solely upon witness testimony in open court then those addicts will have to take the stand. Their credibility will be challenged if your attorney is actually defending you, or he is under directive of the court to throw you under the bus. Pay attention every time you are in court, make sure your representation is accountable, and take notes.
