Good question! I’m not 100% sure. If you want to call it that, I’m not going to stop you. However, the way I look at it, a Harry Potter RPG is an RPG that focuses around the characters of J.K. Rowling’s wonderful books. A Hogwarts RPG, on the other hand, is an RPG that takes Hogwarts and the Wizarding World idea and focuses those two stories around the characters created by the RPG’s role-players.
