Is UNO an independant organisation in real sense or is controlled by capitalist countries like USA ?
In principle UN is an independent Organisation but like all democratic organisation votes are controlled by powerful countries, specially in the security council as well as council on economic and social affairs as most of the time developing or low income countries look forward for smaller help to the rich nations.
