Is Vayusphere Instant Response Server an integration server?
They are complementary but different. Both focus on streamlining and automating mission-critical business processes. However, while integration servers connect enterprise applications to other enterprise applications, IRiS connects enterprise applications to enterprise workers. Integration servers focus on business processes in which most of the processing steps are performed by applications, whereas IRiS focuses on business processes in which most of the processing is performed by enterprise workers. IRiS can leverage and extend an existing EAI investment, but with its own integration capabilities it does not require an integration server to be present in order to provide Instant Response solutions.
