yea but you need protein,carbs,and fat fat make it good you need protein to help build muscle and help you feel full so your not always hungry during the day you need carbs if you cut out carbs completely then start to eat normally your going to gain alot of weight. and you need fat becuase fat is good for you 😛 but the good fats (avocado, olive oil) if you eat thing fried in fat then your going to gain weight so stay away from bad fats as for your fruits bananas are good except don’t eat too many theres about 200 calories in a medium sized banana so don’t go too crazy and in your salad be sure you have alot of mixed veggies and with your good diet remember to exercise!

You can also eat tofu, and Soy milk so that you get the calcium that your body requires. If you are trying to lose weight, the only way for it to be permanent is to make healthy eat balanced meals. Don’t do anything drastic in order to lose weight. It’s not worth it, I know, because I’ve done some pretty drastic things and my body got depleted of a lot of important nutrients. It affected my ability to function on a day to day basis.
