Is Wicca white or black magic?

Black magic can be defined one of two ways. Either it is magic used to harm others, or it is magic gained from dealing with the Devil (regardless of whether it is used to help or harm). One of the first things that Wicca teaches is “Harm none.” So, obviously, any magic used in Wicca isn’t going to be used to harm others. As for the second definition, the Devil is a figure in Christian theology – Wiccans don’t believe in the Devil, and thus would find it impossible to make any dealings with Him. So, Wicca certainly isn’t black magic.
