Is X-Pole static or spinning?

0

X-Poles come in two types. SPORT (XS) is a purely staic pole. XPERT (XX) is static and spinning in one pole. To change the mode of operation 2 screws are released or tightened to transfer X-Pole from static to spinning or back again. This takes less than 15 secs. With the screws tightened the X-Pole is locked solid and is in Static mode. In the UK 95% of the Pole excercise schools teach on ‘static’ poles. It is more difficult to learn on a static pole but better long term as it more difficult to go from spinning to static than the other way round.
