Is Yellow pages good company to work for?
Working for this organization is different than my previous experiences due to the sales culture. I was offered this position over a year ago and chose to go to a different company instead. Due to the pending sale of that system and by my own choice I chose to leave that company and go to work for Yellow Book/Feist. The pluses for this organization are that they have been in the top 10 best companies to work for for the last several years. They also offered a nice payment structure with salary plus commission. The hours are sales hours which mean there is a lot of planning involved after hours especially your first year. I would estimate a total of 2 to 3 additional hours a night Monday thru Friday and some weekend preparation.
