The Cowlitz Tribe has recognized the importance of establishing support systems for people who have problems associated with compulsive behavior, including compulsive gambling. In the MOU the Tribe signed with Clark County, the Tribe committed to make an annual contribution of at least $50,000 to a program designated by County officials to help compulsive gamblers.
