Isn it clear now that the three charged lacrosse players are innocent?

Throughout this process, Duke has refrained from offering its own verdict, insisting that it is the proper role of the legal system, not of universities, to determine legal guilt or innocence. Simultaneously, it has called for fairness and integrity in the legal system and for a fair and speedy resolution of this case.
