From a system software perspective, the delta between the NBX 100 R2.8 and the V5000 R3.0 is minimal. The only significant differences are that the NBX V5000 hardware is in the SuperStack 3 form-factor, offers 10/100 uplinks, the NBX 2102 Business Phone offers 10/100 connectivity, the SDK, and scalability to 750 devices.
