Q:

I've got some exterior latex house paint left over from last summer's jobs. Can I mix it together to use for an interior primer or topcoat?

No. They most likely contain mildewcides that should not be used on interior surfaces. They will also not perform properly inside. Exterior paints are made to be flexible and withstand the weather, but not to take the physical abuse such as abrasion and scrubbing that interior paints are subject to.  more
