Ive linked my Club Nintendo profile to my Nintendo DSi Shop and Wii Shop Channel. Why aren my DSiWare, Wii Shop Channel games, and Wii Channels showing up in my list of registered products?

To have these eligible games added to your Club Nintendo account, so you can complete surveys and earn Coins, please email us by clicking here. You will need to provide us with all pertinent information (name, username, email address, system serial number, game titles, etc.). Our Consumer Service Representatives will verify that the game(s) you want registered was downloaded from your Wii Shop account and add them to your Club Nintendo list of registered products. Not providing all of the pertinent information will increase the time it takes to find a solution and receive a reply.
