I’ve used Lean Shake for several days and haven’t lost any weight. Why?
If you are carefully following the Lean Shake program, you are reducing your calorie intake, which means that you are taking in fewer calories than your body requires. You will lose weight. Keep in mind that different people lose weight at different rates. If your weight has been at its present level for a long time, you may have established a set point, or a weight at which your body feels comfortable. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to move from such a weight level. Furthermore, when you are changing your eating patterns, you may experience a plateau where your body is adjusting to different foods. Increasing your exercise will help your body to respond to a weight plateau. We recommend exercising 30 minutes a day, five days a week. You don’t need to go for 30 minutes straight. Three 10 minute activities will work just as well.
