embitca 14 months ago Jothea, that is correct. You cannot buy the Disney Dining Plan unless you are actually staying on Walt Disney World property. The Dining Plan is part of a package deal that includes both accommodation and tickets. You can however pay cash at any Disney restaurant you like, regardless of where you are staying.
