No. Neither male to female transgenders, nor transsexual women, can give birth; we were born without womb or ovaries.Transsexual men can, before they begin treatment, but once treatment has begun, all transsexual people are functionally sterile. It’s a source of much pain for some of us; we who want children of our own, but are forever denied that privilege. This is one of the reasons why so many transwomen father children before beginning treatment; it’s the closest we can get to being mothers in the true sense of the word.
