Last sundays NYC Pride Parade – when/ where were you?
nyc “andre” a. says: I was in the West Village (mostly around Hudson, 10th street to 14th st) sunday from about 6 to 7:45pm, but eschewed the rest of the evening, even missed the fireworks. The little that I did attend was a lot of fun – I am a bit shy re going to places where I haven’t been introduced to, and especially if I’m not in company of friends like that day, so I didn’t explore any of the parties going on. So was pondering, would be nice to hear some feedback from those who attended any of these parties (like the one on the pier), especially if you were straight and went for the fun of it, GLBTs seem to have more fun than most (not that I have anything against deviants .. oops … hey it was a joke, ok). The other thing that struck me was the innumerable number of photographers, a lot with heavy rigs that were shooting away. Like me.
