Lets say that Im using both Duet and the Portal (UWL) for workflow applications. What will happen to the email & task in Duet if the workflow task was approve via the Portal?

Duet provides a multi-channel support – which provides the user an ability to handle approvals from Duet or UWL. If the user approved the work item in UWL then the respective task/email in Outlook appears to be marked as complete on approval. The email remains in the user’s inbox, and approve/reject buttons appear to be disabled.
