LicenseIT Version: 107.2, 108.1 OS: WIN/NT, WIN2000 Q: What if my machine has multiple NIC cards?

In a multiple NIC (or failover NIC) configuration, each MAC address needs to be recorded in your license file, so that whichever NIC is active at any point is licensed. In order to request an olf file for multiple MAC addresses on one machine, prepare an email with the your site id, the machine’s Host Name, Caminfo/Camtype Detected Model Output, a listing of the MAC addresses associated with the machine, and the requested products/components to be licensed and send it to help@licensedesk.ca.com. Please specify that this is a single piece of hardware with a multiple NIC configuration, and a TLC representative will create your License Request on your behalf using the information provided.
