Long question short… can chlamydia kill unborn babies?
Lots of things could abort a pregnancy, not just chlamydia there could have been a defect with the baby. She should talk to a doctor or gyno and see if there are any other treatments out there that won’t make her sick, then she should try treating the chlamydia. If it goes untreated chlamydia can cause damage to the fallopian tubes, the uterus and eventually it can cause infertility. Her husband should give her some time (some times you can’t replace one pregnancy with another) and if she can she should get treated.
