• All requests must be received in writing via fax or mail to the address above on the organizations letterhead at least 6 weeks prior to the event. • Organization or event must be based in Southern California. Priority is given to Los Angeles non-profit organizations. • Requests should include all event details (date of the event, location, the organizations non-profit tax ID number, contact name, phone number and mailing address, and the purpose or mission statement of the organization) • Requests should include a working email address. Email addresses will be used solely for communication with the Lakers Community Relations Department. • Please briefly describe of how the money raised will be spent. All requests are reviewed one month prior to the event date. All requests will be answered in writing two weeks prior to the event.
