Lost Concert Tickets?

0

This happened to us: my husband actually dropped the tickets on our way to the concert, thinking he had carefully put them in the inside pocket of his coat. We went to the “ticket to be collected desk” and explained the situation. They asked for our name and address, a proof of identity and the credit/ bank card which we had used and they then simply reprinted a copy of our original tickets for the seats allocated to us. You have the advantage of time over us as replacements can be sent to you without any problem, and the originals will be cancelled so that nobody else can use them. Just phone and explain the truth, and stop torturing yourself. You will be OK. These things do happen and they are used to dealing with that kind of situation. Good luck! PS. It does not matter which sort of card you used. They will have a record of it and it will be linked to your name, address and seat numbers..
