M2E Pro downloads the order passed on ebay to magento, but which order will it download from eBay ? the paid only, not paid ?
It downloads transactions from eBay – they are located in Logs -> Transaction Log. Each transaction has 3 statuses: • Checkout – Incomplete, Complete • Payment – Waiting, Not Paid, Paid • Shipping – Waiting, Not Shipped, Shipped M2E Pro creates orders in Sales->Orders , when Checkout has status Complete and Payment has status Paid. So in other words, all information of unpaid/paid orders can be seen in transaction logs – Logs -> Transaction Log. But the paid orders appears only in Sales->Orders.
