If you get an error message that say “Failed to initialize macro service at phase 5,…”, please follow the below steps: • Open the file “config.ini” using Windows Notepad, the file you can located under the “sysdata” folder of Macro Expert installation, e.g. c:\program files\grasssoft\macro expert\sysdata. • Modify the line “AccountForSID=everyone” with “AccountForSID=accountname”, the “accountname” is a placeholder, you should use a real account name under your windows XP to replace it. • Start the Macro Service.
