Understanding that personnel may change their benefits before the application is funded, posted OPE rates should be used. Higher rates should never be used. Please see the current rates posted on the RGC website; click here. For TBD personnel, you should use the published rates that correspond to annual salary requested. Effective 7/1/05, fringe benefits should not be requested for GRA’s.
