If you don't have enough money to start a business in the US the only way I know is to apply for a Green Card via the annual DV-Program (aka "Green Card Lottery"). However, the application deadline for the current program just passed. I added the link to the English website of the US Consulate in Frankfurt/Germany. Participation is free, only if you meet all requirements and actually are among the 50.000 finalists you have to pay fees. Until then there is no need for a credit card, but fees can also be paid cash. Hope that helps.

There is no "easy" way to get a green card. You do not need a credit card to apply for a Diversity Visa. The application process is free if you use the OFFICIAL US Government web site. <a href="http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1322.html" rel="nofollow">http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/...</a> The US government stopped taking applications on December 2nd. They will not take any more until October of 2008.
