Maybe Guppys or Mollys or if there are any Apistos that can handle pH 7.0-8.0?

A. steindachneri and A. cacatuoides are two species that can handle hard water. But I still wouldn't trust the crayfish.> I really want something a little ‘different’ so have skimmed around these options.
