Midway Games sold to Warner Bros, Whats the future for the TNA franchise?
Gamespot.com are reporting that Warner Bros today have confirmed the purchase of Midway Games. According to a corporate spokesperson, “the sale to Warner Bros. of substantially all of the assets, IP, and trademarks of Midway Games was closed this past Friday.” A number of offices are set to close in the next couple of months and there are at this time no confirmations that the TNA franchise was apart of the Warner Bros purchase, but it seems very unlikely considering the recent reports that Warner Bros were not interested in the TNA franchise.
