Might the Carbon Trust visit my site to verify projected energy savings?

0

The Carbon Trust will conduct on-site inspections at a reasonable proportion of loan applicant’s sites. Our independent energy saving assessors will undertake on-site inspections at sites where equipment purchases will be installed. They will need to review documents such as utility bills, technical information, or other information that can be used by the Carbon Trust to verify and validate the information presented in the Loan Application. Where appropriate the independent energy saving assessors will also review the performance of the equipment that is to be replaced. An onsite assessment may be conducted either during the application process, prior to funds being released or following final drawdown of the funds.
