The Markup settings could be causing the problem. Solution: You will need to open up the Reviewing Toolbar in MS Word XP/2003. Go to View > Toolbars > Reviewing Now click on the drop down arrow beside Show. In MS Word 2002 (XP), deselect all the items / In MS Word 2003, deselect all but ‘Final’. Now, create a PDF file using the macro. All should be on target.
