Must the completed application form and supporting documentation be received or postmarked by the deadline date?
Applications must be received at the Foundation’s Office by the Spring or Fall deadline date in order to be eligible for consideration. These deadlines are observed regardless of holidays or weekends. When February 8 or August 8 falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline is 5 PM of the previous business day. Due to increasing volume, we cannot guarantee that applications received in the last week of these time periods will be processed for the docket. We urge Applicants to submit applications as early as possible in each time period. Applications that arrive either too early or too late for either time period will not be considered, and are not held over for the next docket.
