My account was suspended for payment reasons. How is that reflected on the Ebill?

0

For the time that the account is suspended, charging for the plan is also suspended. At the moment your account is suspended a credit is created equal to the monthly plan charge prorated from the time of suspension until the end of the current calendar month. When the suspension is lifted a charge is created prorated from that point till the end of the current calendar month. The difference between these two amounts is a net credit for the time the account was suspended. If for any reason the suspension encompasses one or more month ends, billing of onward monthly plan charges stops until the suspension is lifted.
