Operators are requested to ensure that the required number of aircraft are monitored to comply with the minimum European Region monitoring requirements over a 2 year period. New operators, or operators with new aircraft, are to comply with the minimum monitoring requirements as soon as possible, but no later that 6 months after the issue of RVSM approval.
