• The Florida Department of Health has set specific immunizations requirements for school entry in the state of Florida. In addition to these state requirements, Saint Andrew’s School recommends that all resident students receive the Menactra Meningitis Vaccine. Parents wishing to decline the meningitis vaccine for their child must sign the waiver on the Mandatory Immunization Form.
