You will need to contact Northern Virginia Community College by fax 1-703-257-9296 to inform them of your cancelled course. You should include the following information: Name, Empl ID #College, Course Cancelled, Course Substitution Requested, Fax Number to receive award letter. You then should add/drop and take the new award letter to the business office.
