First, do not attempt to do the upgrade until you solve the problem, as you could unrecoverably break your ReplayTV. Second, do not attempt to put MaxBlast or EZ-BIOS or any other software-based solutions to overcome BIOS limitations on the hard drive. These will definitely make the upgrade procedure fail! The upgrade procedure will probably also fail if you have EZ-BIOS installed on ANY hard drive on your system.
