CAUSE The browser uploaded the program incorrectly and it is remembering the corrupted files in the cache. SOLUTION Delete your Temporary Internet files and Cookies. 1. Open Internet Explorer 7 2. Click Tools 3. Click Internet Options 4. Under General Tab>Browser History Click Delete 5. Select the Delete Files Under Temporary Internet Files 6. Select the Delete Cookies under Cookies 7. Click Close 8. Click OK 9. Done After deleting the Temporary Internet Files and Cookies login to your account and relaunch the CyberEd Program.
