Any meat is fine unless it’s processed with dairy product. You don’t say why she is allergic or if she is only allergic to cow’s milk. For awhile my SIL could drink goat’s milk but now she can’t use anything with dairy in it. Watch out for the additive casien. It shows up in a lot of milk or cheese substitutes. Unfortunately it is what helps make cheese melt, so in those fake cheeses they sometimes add it for melting ability. My SIL has found that she is fine with sheep’s milk so she can use a little bit of Pecorino Romano cheeses even with her allergy. Real butter also doesn’t bother her very much at times, though when she is very sensitive or suffering from other allergies she reacts to nearly everything. She is also Gluten intolerant so cooking or baking for her is quite a challenge.
