My department needs furniture. What is the process to view the warehouse of surplus?
The locked warehouse is located at 550 Boston Avenue. The key may be borrowed by making arrangements with Dawn Quirk x73810. We now hold an open hour when an intern will be onsite to let people in. We aim to be consistent with the open hour but there may be fluctuations considering student availability. Please refer to this calendar for the most up to date information. If you find furniture for your department: 1. mark the item with a claim tag (which can be found onsite). 2. For transport- submit an I.D.R. to Facilities within two days of your claim. Reference the claim tag # on the I.D.R and thoroughly describe the item and its location within the warehouse.
