No. You may not sue your employer for injuries caused by a violation of OSHA regulations, or violation of any other safety regulation. Your rights are limited to those provided under the Workers' Compensation Act. Unfortunately, the violation of safety regulations simply do not matter so long as your employer or a co-employee did not intentionally try to harm you. more
