If there are no suites remaining in MKV, the system will attempt to place you and your chosen roommates together in another residence. This may be on the same floor in Village 1 or as 2 sets of roommates in Ron Eydt Village. When the system comes across the first random number for your group, it will immediately pull in the other 3 roommates. You are now treated as a unit within the system and not as individuals. This means that your group takes precedence over any individual preferences. If, for example, there were 2 individual rooms available in MKV, 2 of you would not be placed in those rooms, even though MKV was your first choice. You are now a group of 4, and since there isn’t a suite of 4 rooms available in MKV, the system will try to find someplace else to put the 4 of you together. At this point, there is no guarantee that you will be placed with any of your chosen roommates or any way to determine which roommate you will be placed with, if by chance you are placed with one of
